Responsibilities

This role will play a crucial part in supporting various Product Launch Project Managers by providing administrative assistance, following up with stakeholders, and conducting data collection and analysis from various IT systems. If you have an interest in data, organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting the advancement of product launch projects, we invite you to apply. You will also be part of a team consisting of 5 other project managers and you as 1 business analyst for the area. Moreover, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Provide administrative assistance to Product Launch Project Managers, ensuring smooth project execution. Assist in organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining project-related records.

  • Ensure timely communication and coordination with key stakeholders to facilitate effective project collaboration.

  • Collect and compile data from various IT systems to support project managers in decision-making. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in project execution.

  • Work closely with the Operational Readiness Team to provide comprehensive support for product launch projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve project efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in data analysis and administration, ideally in a project management environment.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI or other relevant software.

  • Excellent organizational and ability to coordinate multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail.

  • Solid communication skills to interact effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
