Outline of Job
The job involves supporting the data and insights needs of Merchandizers and Marketers in Retailers, Consumer Brands and Marketplaces.
Typical projects involve secondary research on internet, managing large data sets, studying data patters, manipulating and normalizing information, designing meta data structures, deriving insights and managing product information cycle

Key Result Areas

Client
1. Update internal reporting Manager on TAT of assigned project deliverables
2. Update client on project deliverables and schedules when asked by immediate Senior

Internal Team
1. Assess customer information requirements and deliver as per customer project SLAs
2. Work with the assigned team in planning, scheduling, and execution of day-to-day activities and procedures
3. Prioritize project tasks and seek assistance from immediate senior as applicable
4. Escalate issues noticed in processes and projects to immediate senior in a timely manner

People
1. Help / buddy team members as requested by Supervisor.
2. Upon request from Supervisor, train new entrants.
3. Upon request, assist Supervisor in handling teams and ensure project delivery through teams
