Join our team to help bring high-quality and up-to-date data to our clients, every day. The Operations Analyst works with the Sr Analyst to support the day-to-day processes ensuring best practices are shared and followed. This position will support the Streaming Content Team under US Reference Data. The role includes critical analysis of streaming and traditional media to be used in Nielsen reporting all over the globe. The ideal person for this role must be very flexible with their schedule, technology savvy, decision maker, a self-starter, has great organizational skills, is an intuitive and creative problem solver and can maintain a positive attitude under tight deadlines.

    Role Details :

      • Execute procedures to meet internal / external SLA’s and quality 
      • Train and certify (where applicable) on business policy and standard operating procedures 
      • Adhere to standard operating procedures, business policy 
      • Work with process coordinators to develop and update procedures 
      • Implement new process improvement and programs 
      • Escalate issues, queries to manager / operations incident management
      • Identify opportunities for procedure improvement Work with clients to complete day to day 
      • BAU activities Support on-call rotations or off-shift availability as required by the business 
      • Perform quality checks to ensure integrity of data for clients and downstream systems 
      • Data entry 
      • Verify system functionality and validation of reporting for clients
      • Respond to client inquiries direct or indirect via the change requests and 
      • Issuetrak process and/or via Client Service Rep’s Research and respond to E&Y Auditing requests to meet established SLAs 
      • Assist Process Lead/Team  Lead with creation of and data gathering for KPI & Metrics Assist Process Lead
      • Team Lead with UAT reviews for new software releases
