Eligibility:

• 2023 Pass-out Batch Only
• BCA / BSC-Computer Science / B.Tech – Computer Science or IT / MSC-Computer Science / MCA
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes
• Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Good database knowledge .
• Good understanding of Object oriented concepts
• For BCA and BSC: 3 LPA after successful completion of 6 month paid internship
• For BTech, MSC and MCA: 4.2 LPA after successful completion of 6 month paid internship

Commitment:

● Candidates need to provide a 36 month minimum service commitment.

Compensation:

● For BCA and BSC: 3 LPA after successful completion of 6 month paid internship

● For BTech, MSC and MCA: 4.2 LPA after successful completion of 6 month paid internship

Stipend during 6 month internship:

● Rs 10,000 per month For BCA and BSC

● Rs 15,000 per month for BTech, MSC and MCA

Others info:

Candidates will get an opportunity to do MS from BITS Pilani (Optional and for eligible one) after completion of 18th month in service. Terms and conditions will be discussed later.

Responsibilities:

● Create, develop, and maintain new programs or systems

● Do Quality analysis of the developed system

● You will analyze requirements and envision a qualitative solution with your colleagues and product team.

● Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools

● Meeting both technical and consumer needs.

● Create unit tests to ensure the code is functioning as expected.

● Audit code to identify bottlenecks of performance and fix them.

● Participate in requirements analysis and document the process.

● Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

● Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns and developing standard operating procedures

● Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems

● Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes

● Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs

● Investigating and using new technologies where relevant

● Providing written knowledge transfer material
