- Conduct a diagnostic study around key factors impacting- employee engagement, motivation, purpose, aspiration, well being
- Interact with sample employee group with a focus on understanding employee pulse around identified engagement factors
- Analyze data from employee inputs
- Identify opportunity areas for further strengthening inclusivity and equity for this key talent to set them up for success
