WHAT WILL YOUR JOB BE:
- You are responsible for all internship positions and accompany the complete recruitment process (don’t worry, you’ll have help of an experienced recruiter to show you all the ropes!)
- You’ll prepare job advertisements and publish them on various platforms
- You will be the first point of contact for our applicants and you will conduct and take part in telephone interviews and personal interviews
- You will be organizing and leading HR Recruiting Events in Poland like Job Fairs or Hackathons.
- You will be responsible for maintaining contact with Krakow’s main universities.

As an Intern you will work closely with Talent Acquisition and Sourcer Specialists. We seek someone, who has a passion for development and has great communication skills.

YOUR KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:
Ideally, you have already gained some experience in Talent Acquisition.
You are a student, preferably in the field of personnel management, business administration or a comparable course of studies - but hey, it doesn’t have to be any of these!
You have strong writing and verbal communication skills in English (B2/C1) and Polish – that’s very important to us!
You are able to generally work 30 hours at minimum per week.
You have an independent way of working and like to face new challenges
You have an open personality with good communication skills
You have the ability to think different and “Outside the box”, mixed with a dash of creativity
